Worse massage experience. Do not go here. Makes you pay upfront, then expects tip even after providing a terrible massage that didn’t even feel like a massage. Then proceeds to yell when I decided to give a small tip even tho she did not deserve it bc she was so bad. I’ve gone to many massage places and know when it’s a good massage and tip really well. I was just in the area and passed by and was in need of a massage. It also smelled so bad and she was playing music on her phone. Laughable establishment

Absolutely terrible experience, would not recommend!!!!! I went to this spa on the evening of June 20 and arrived around 8:35 p.m., not realizing they closed at 9 p.m. I paid $60 up front for a one-hour massage, and I made it clear that I was expecting the full hour. She didn’t mention their closing time or said anything about shortening the session. After taking 10 minutes to get settled and use the restroom, the massage finally began around 8:40 p.m. But by 9:00 p.m., the therapist stopped and said it was over. barely 20 minutes of actual massage. Even worse, in the middle of it, she left the room to get a hot towel, which ate into the already short time. What truly shocked me was the demand for a $140 tip. I only had $80 in cash, which I thought was already excessive for such a short service, but she insisted on more and pushed me to Zelle an additional $60. This was my first time being massaged by this particular therapist, and the whole interaction felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I tried asking for a few more minutes of massage since I had barely received what I paid for, but she simply refused. In total, I was inside the spa for maybe 30 minutes, including 10 minutes of prep time and a massage that barely lasted 20 minutes. I ended up spending $200 in total for this. Please be warned. this place is not transparent, the service was rushed, and the tipping expectations are outrageous. I’ve had massages here before with different therapists and never faced anything like this. After this experience, I will absolutely not be returning.
